January 1, 2011 – Softeon becomes strategic partner to Grupo Romero, Peru’s logistics business division Ransa. After 2011 success of on-boarding strategic clients in the Retail/Super Market/Grocery vertical, like Santa Maria Super Mercado (Quito, Ecuador), Grupo Romero’s partnership with Softeon will enable them to expand into the logistics business in countries such as Chile, Bolivia and others in Central America. Rapid onboarding of clients and implementation on a web-based high availability platform has enabled the company to go forward with this strategy.
